While staying at Hawthorn Grange, Respite Residents always welcome new faces, friendly chats and the opportunity to enjoy some new experiences outside their regular routine. Our wonderful care team of Nurses, Personal Carers and Lifestyle Staff will ensure that they get the care they need while you enjoy your break.
We can also assist in creating a respite schedule to help you regularly recharge and recover, keeping you healthy and able to best fulfil your role as a caregiver in the long term.
Residential Aged Care
