Respite Care

Respite Care provides an opportunity for your loved one to be cared for in a safe and supported environment and gives you the break you need from caregiving. While staying at Hawthorn Grange, Respite Residents always welcome new faces, friendly chats and the opportunity to enjoy some new experiences outside their regular routine. Our wonderful care team of Nurses, Personal Carers and Lifestyle Staff will ensure that they get the care they need while you enjoy your break.  

 

We can also assist in creating a respite schedule to help you regularly recharge and recover, keeping you healthy and able to best fulfill your role as a caregiver in the long term. 

Tailored Care

We understand that everyone's personal and family needs are different. Along with your family and doctor, our care team will develop an individual short term care plan, specific to the care required.
